Vietnamese pickled Daikon radish and carrot, "Do Chua". I put it on salads, hot dogs... anything I can think of. Sour and a little bit sweet. Helps digesting other food in the stomach and gives your body good energy in warm season. Made "Banh Mi sandwich" with it for the first time. Looks strange combination but really good! Better use softer French bread next time.
Okay, now I'm hungry and I need to eat more healthy. :)
ReplyDeleteYou need to start spending more time in your kitchen! Try not to eat too much processed food. Just fix something quick and easy with basic REAL food!
