ベトナム風の”ドチュア”がマイブームです。日本の”紅白なます”みたいなものだけど、これがいろんなものに合う!サラダに入れたり、ホットドッグにのっけてもうまい。消化を助けるし、酢の効果で暑い夏には元気がでそうです。
ベトナム風”バンミ・サンドイッチ”も初めて作ってみた〜。この一風変わった組み合わせがすごくおいしい!(パンが固かったので次はもっと柔らかいのを探そう)


Vietnamese pickled Daikon radish and carrot, "Do Chua". I put it on salads, hot dogs... anything I can think of. Sour and a little bit sweet. Helps digesting other food in the stomach and gives your body good energy in warm season.
Made "Banh Mi sandwich" with it for the first time. Looks strange combination but really good! Better use softer French bread next time.

  2. You need to start spending more time in your kitchen! Try not to eat too much processed food. Just fix something quick and easy with basic REAL food!
